What is the Culinary Forum? This is a new, unique place on the culinary map of Wrocław. Our secret is delicious, very diverse cuisine, which surprises not only with original combinations of flavors, but also with a perfect and unconventional way of serving dishes. The menu is based on fresh, seasonal ingredients of the highest quality, which are delivered to the restaurant every day by reliable producers and distributors.
How did the idea for the restaurant come about? It all started with a journey. The Culinary Forum is a child of Basia and Jacek Szydłowski, which is supposed to bring together what they love the most, i.e. the Mediterranean Basin, from Greece through Italy, Spain, Morocco to the Middle East. “We do not want the whole to form a mishmash, but that everything fits together perfectly, so that it intertwines and is tempting culinary” – recall the restaurateurs.
Alyki restaurant, with which we have been cooperating for 6 years. You will find here a lot of seafood served in various versions. There will also be classics such as beef tartare, pasta or steak. We try to focus on details, which is why many dishes are created from scratch on the spot, such as bread, hummus or flavored oils. The menu perfectly harmonizes with selected wines carefully selected to accompany the dishes, which guarantees you a journey full of new, surprising taste sensations.
