We cordially invite you to a unique culinary journey. Chef Paweł Błaszczyk will introduce you to well-known ingredients that will appear in more and less traditional compositions. The dinner is inspired by the cuisines of the Mediterranean countries, but there will also be accents from more distant parts of the world. Reservations for the tasting menu are accepted by phone (785 410 001) and by e-mail (manager@forumkulinarne.eu), at least 48 hours in advance.

We are unable to prepare a menu for guests who cannot consume gluten, as well as in a vegan version. We try to accommodate any food intolerances, provided that it is reported at least 48 hours before the planned meal – unfortunately, it may not be possible to exclude some ingredients. In the case of lactose or dairy intolerance, we try to exclude these ingredients from the dishes at the request of guests, however, during the heat treatment of dishes or when preparing sauces, we are not able to give up butter.
